Interesting mixture
There is 90 capsules in a wide plastic jar which led me to originally think it is a powder supplement.3 capsules to be taken daily with food.The ingredients list is an interesting mixture of active ingredients: Lactoferrin (bovine), Pea isolate, rice isolate, probiotics: lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidus longum, breve and infantis; vitamin D3, Calcium carbonate, vitamin C (acerola), propolis extract, zinc citrate, black elderberry extract, echinacea.The label is a little harder to read and it doesn't mention what are the capsules made off.I think the ingredients are not a bad combination for an immune supplement but the premium price doesn't seem to correspond to the product packaging and ingredients overall.

“Three expensive capsules!”
They are packed or presented well, clean and protected. Regular size capsule, a bit of a mouthful to take - 3 per day. And not really sure if this is a good value for your money - very expensive for me.

Wat Too Weak and Far Too Expensive
I have been in the supplement business for many years. As such I have recommended many of the ingredients to people over the years. There is no doubt that the active ingredients in this product should help immunity. The big problem with this product is twofold. One, the list of active ingredients is good, such as lactoferrin, probiotics, Elderberry etc, but they are in such small amounts. Vitamin C should be at least 1000mg, in this product it is 185 mg, way too little. Probiotic complexes are now into 50 Billion with 14 strains. This product gives you 750 million with 2 strains. I could go on and on. The active ingredients are far too small a dose to make any real difference. The second issue is the absolutely ridiculous price of £68.99. It is absolutely crazy for such a weak product. Please think very carefully before buying this. Personally, I would get a very good multivitamin, which contains most of these ingredients in higher doses and then buy individual products such as Elderberry.I cannot recommend this relatively weak yet overpriced product.

Very good
I’ve been using these for about 3 weeks now and although they are a little large to swallow without a struggle they do really work as with all the flus and bugs going about at the moment I thought I’d definitely catch it over the Christmas break but haven’t felt so good all year than since I’ve been using these.
