Having to rate thickness and sheerness in this review was odd. It is thin plastic but has been fine. Making it lighter works for me. I have taken this around a fair bit and it has not broken. Admittedly i have not carried it up a mountain yet, but think it would do fine, especially with the weight. Does it keep things fresh? Yes! I keep coffee in it and it keeps it fresh and in the dark. Every open is a veritable waft of great smelling coffee. Also acts as a vent if there is a CO2 build up from the beans I am told, but have not devised a fiendishly brilliant way to validate (yet)

Crazy size as too small for anything - coffee, biscuits, crackers etc. What a rip off. Save your money.

One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon in a while. I didn't realise how much I actually need one of these till I saw it. And when I got it, life was just a little bit easy. Not the big but definitely big enough to store the essentials with room to spare. And it also is true to it word with the air lock, work like a charm. I'm just annoyed as I've recently broken mine (idiot) but I'm definitely getting another one before or for Xmas. Thank you !

Product seems fine and does the job of keeping ground coffee sealed in. Problem came when I was cleaning it. The top rim of the base is poorly finished and has quite an edge on it, so when I put my hand in to clean it, it sliced into the edge of my hand as I moved it round. Something to be careful of!

Use this for ginger, garlic and fresh herbs to stop oxidisation and keep them longer. Good tubs and don't let out any odour. Cupboards don't smell like garlic.

Love the design and the lid is tight so my tea stays fresh.

Es excelente para guardar las especias, ya que guarda en vació lo que este dentro evitando que se sequen las especias y mantenerlas frescas, es bastante grande y no tienes problema con que se te llegue a caer y romper, es muy resistente
