Works great...yes they are expensive
I bought these for a Festool Planex 2/CT36AC drywall sanding setup. Dust control with these is superb. The bags are pretty expensive, but these thing will continue to work and provide good air flow/suction to the collector until they are totally packed full. So you're not dumping out a bag that is only partly used. You can use them until they are 100% full. Quality of the bags is very good.

Festool Rocks
All my Festool products are outstanding. Yes, they are a bit high priced but if you want top quality you have to pay for it. these bags are effective and easy to install in my Festool vac.

You need these for a FESTOOL shop vacuum. They work great, but are a little pricey (as is everything from FESTOOL).

Superior Product!
First used this CT 26 for plaster/lathe removal. Pulled the first self clean filter bag out, and I am impressed. I've used many commercial grade vacuum cleaner and shop vacs, but this has to be the most impressive. I realize this is the review for the bags - but that's what I'm talking about. The vacuum and bag combo it the most impressive I've seen. The first bag was definitely full, no voids or pockets. It came out of the vac and felt secure. Very little sign of any dust on exterior. I can see how these meet HEPA standard.

Okay they have a very durable feel and the seal around the neck is good an positive closure.

Festool cost of ownership is the best
Showed up 2nd day, couldn't be happier. I've owned several "shop vacs" that aren't a third of what my CT-36 is, and the bags cost twice as much. With absolutely no lost of suction, the only way to know if the bag is getting full is to feel the weight or open the vac--I LOVE THIS!!! Works with particles as small as drywall and even MDF dust. I hook this up to my Festool plunge saw, my table saw, mitre, anything with a dust extraction port and it keeps my air quality high, no more "white boogers." Generally, I am so pleased with all of my festool purchases. While spendy and first, the overall cost of ownership is the lowest I've experienced. Bags, sand paper, blades, all the consumables are so reasonably priced and have a longer life than anything else I have used; best of all they show up in the mail with free shipping. Highly recommend.
