Drop Down Toilet Support Rail Healthcare

Bought with the shower seat this handle is perfect, VERY sturdy and folds away if required. Had it fitted by a professional tradesman as the shower cubicle is fully tiled, mum is very happy with it, she uses it to push herself off the seat when she's finished and she feels its very sturdy. Value for money but always get it fitted professionally.

My husband put this up for me and had no problems. We had looked at others and they were three times the price. It lifts up and down easily and supports me sitting down and getting up again. I am very please with the item which was delivered the day after ordering.

These seem great, appear to be well made, delivered quickly. I'll state now I'm not using these exactly as intended. I also bought two, as these come in singles. They are mounted to a solid wall which I accept is essential, however I have mounted them outside to aid mobility for my mum who has Alzheimer's and some mobility issues after a fall. I needed a hand rail but the shared drive is two narrow to allow a classic hand rail. I'll let everyone know how these work.

Excellent exactly as described

This helps our daughter to be independent as thanks to it's sturdiness she can transfer herself on and off the toilet to wheelchair. Easy to install, lift out of the way when not being used and fantastic value for money.

I read the revues for this product first as I needed one to fix by the bath to help my wife get in and out safely as the rail tyoe fixed on an opposite wall was not an option, the item arrived well packed and on time and the instructions were very clear. I used the correct screws and wall plugs and I fixed it at one end of the bath so it was descretly hidden along side the shower curtain and when folded down came along side the front edge of the bath which gave you a good hand grip to get in and out of the bath, I read a review that his hand rail kept falling down and when up banged against the wall, I did not have this problem it stayed where it was put and even then this is an easy fix just by tightening the bolt slightly. Would recommend to any one wanting a safe grip handle at a reasonable price and basic DIY tools to fit it.

Very pricey and not as thick tubular as i thought it would be and what put me off buying another is the thin piece that connects both it should have been the same thickness very light which is a concern as it indicates soft metal graded it will do a turn will see how long it lasts i have a couple of chrome ones in the bathroom to match the chrome radiator etc... and they are much better quality and heavier good quality and £10 les than this i got this as i needed it white and so was stuck buying this one

This item is well constructed, was disappointed that no screws were provided to fix it to the wall
