Good microwave, works well.

I used the combination oven for the first time after owning this for 13 months (just out of warranty). Initially, there was lots of smoke from the upper element and a loud, constant scraping noise from the fan. I opened up the back to find the fan had completely rusted out and was scraping on the metal. I adjusted the fan away from the metal and cooked my meal. Next day, I went to use the microwave function but after 3 minutes, it threw the house fuses and is now inoperable. What a complete waste of money.

I have only had the microwave oven a few days it is very efficient on the microwave setting , the convection is excellent and the grill is an added bonus . I was initially concerned it might be to small as some of the 25 Lt capacity is lost because of the grill so the usable space is approx 22/23 Lt but I was able to roast a large chicken and place a large bowl in the oven with ease . My one grip is condensation is collecting at the bottom right hand corner of the door between the panels after using the oven for a longer period of time . The condensation evaporates quickly after use but only time will tell if this is going to be a problem .

This is a very good microwave which also has grill and convection oven facilities. I bought it because my Hoover microwave with grill started to rust badly on the painted steel interior after just a few weeks. I wanted a stainless steel interior. This microwave has a large stainless interior. It has no turntable so can accept larger items. Grill and convection oven are added benefits. Simple to operate. Has various combination cooking modes (microwave + grill, microwave + convection oven etc), and has a quality feel to it. Even comes with a grill tray and shelf. Highly recommended.

I wanted flat bed microwave so this is reliable Japanese company so decided to buy this. My hubby insist to get one with oven function with microwave as a back up oven for special occasions. I tried few times using oven and grill function on this microwave but didn't need it really. It's not great ,payed 50 pounds more than without these functions, it wasn't worth it. But microwave, flat bed is good. Clean easy, can put bigger dish.

Really good quality and I think also a good value for money, it has tons of features that make cooking food easy, it has a loads of power and really easy to use

Please note this review is for the 25L Flatbed Combi Microwave Oven & Grill version. Other versions sell from the same listing - and they might be better quality. First disappointment. The measurements given in the Amazon description are very misleading, because the oven is significantly smaller overall than stated. I would have had to have bought a couple of smaller roasting dishes if I was going to keep the appliance. Second disappointment was that the 'book of words' included is only a quick start leaflet of a couple of pages, which is wholly inadequate for you to operate the appliance - and even makes reference to 'a turntable' which isn't even present in this flatbed model! You can find the genuine thirty-two page manual online (but who'd expect to have to do so?) Third disappointment. There is an annoying 'always on' child safety lock. I couldn't disable it. Really very annoying indeed. It's far lighter than the Panasonic five year old Combi Microwave that we're replacing, because spares weren't available. The missus managed to warm up a mug of water, but the thing 'fell over' when she tried to cook two jacket potatoes. The two spuds caused our kitchen RCBO trip to blow. The next morning it blew again when we were heating two mugs of chicory. The RCBO's never done that before. We left the microwave unplugged for the next few days - no further tripping. This oven struggles to attain the upper oven temperatures it claims to be capable of, which I now see that a number of other reviewers have remarked upon. So if you like your roast potatoes crispy, or your pork crackling hard and brittle, this oven probably isn't going to prove good for you. I also don't like the fact the rear upper case joint above the 'internal gubbings' isn't an overlapping one, and that there is a discernible gap there. So if you were to spill any liquid on top of the case it could easily enter the internal electrics. Complete waste of my time. The quality and performance is a bloody poor joke. Return requested.

No instructions had to down load from net. Lots of short cuts to learn . Very efficient and so easy to clean. Use a bigger bowl for porridge or it boils over.
