The same way you normally measure yourself for a bra. They fit so well are comfortable to wear

Q: Did anyone find this bra actually made bust appear reduced.

I bought 2. Different cup sizes. I found the smaller cup size the better of the 2 to be more of a minimiser but I still like them both as depth of the bra on the sides is fantastic.

Q: What is the thickness of the straps?

Hi there The widest part of the shoulder strap is where it joins the cup and is 3cm wide and tapers to 2cm at the shoulder. This part of the strap is padded making it comfortable and the centre of the strap is covered in the decorative lace as used in the top half of the cup. At the shoulder it becomes 1.8cm wide, usual stretch bra strap fabric with the usual bra strap clip for adjustability. It's wide enough for support but not too wide to look horrendous under sheer blouses/dresses/tops etc. I hope this is helpful.
