Didn’t agree with me
I read the reviews and there are a few saying they did not help. This was my experience as i felt more bloated, less regular taking these but i do acknowledge they are a good product and work for many folk

The Sell by Dates are getting shorter and shorter as the product increases in price
This is a great product. However, Amazon are selling them with very short life spans which isn't really acceptable as the price of this product has risen exponentially over the last few years. My last box purchased in June 2022 had an expiry date of 06/2023 (lot# 67323K21) - a 13 month life span from time of purchase My current package purchased today has an expiry date of 09/2023 (lot# 67644C22) - a 6 month life span from time of purchase ... I don't believe in waste - but if you are selling me something that has this short of a lifespan you should be reducing its cost.

One of the best probiotics available on the market right now. Taking them now during pregnancy, it helps with digestion and constipation. Great source for a variety of good bacteria, like a high quality probiotics should have.
