I installed this K&N filter into my 2019 Altima a couple of weeks ago and have been pleasantly surprised ever since. Installation took me quite literally one minute, very easy. I have no experience with cars either. The horsepower/torque boost is definitely noticeable. My car feels much more responsive on the low end and where before my Altima always felt like it would take a second once the gas was pressed to actually get going, now it feels near immediate. I haven’t applied any additional modifications to my Altima, this single air filter has gotten my car to a place I’m happy with performance-wise. In terms of fuel efficiency, my average MPG has actually slightly gone up since installing this filter, however only by about 0.2-0.3mpg. I wouldn’t expect much in terms of improving MPG from this filter, however you can be fairly confident that it at least wont worsen fuel efficiency. Overall, very happy with the purchase, it’s a no-brainer in my opinion.
