Perfect for whitening buttercream - but please read tip below!
Trying to whip buttercream to an icy white is impossible without this fantastic stuff! I initially made the mistake of adding the powder directly into my whipped buttercream, and whipping some more, which didn't work - then I had the lightbulb moment of mixing the powder into a little milk, then adding to my buttercream - and hey presto! My buttercream icing came out the exact whiteness I was hoping to achieve. I wish that the instructions mentioned that the powder is best mixed with a liquid (not just melted chocolate) before adding to your icing etc. I'm an amateur cake decorator, and this would have saved me a few ££ in butter! Now I know, it's a game changer!

Whitens like a dream!
I’ve used this to whiten buttercream and it’s great. A little of this product goes a long way so make sure you follow the instructions. You get a large tub so it’s good value for money.

Really works!
Bought this as I’d bought shop bought icing which has a yellow tinge to it. Brought it up white perfect for a frozen cake!

Makes your icing white
You only need to use a little bit of this to white your buttercream. Didn't detect any aftertaste either. I suspect for those who have it's because they used too much

Brilliant for Norton White Tile/Cermamic Engraving
I purchased this on a whim as i needed some Ti02 to allow me to laser engrave on a white ceramic tile. Mixing a teaspoon of this powder from some 90% alcohol and spraying onto the tile allowed me to achieve the perfect engravings that i was looking for. I know this is not the sole intended purpose of this product, but if you are looking to laser engrave onto white ceramics then this stuff works!
