NUTRI-CALM (90) with Chamomile

I have used these for around 6/7 years now and they work so well for my anxiety. I find they work fast to reduce the effects of anxiety, they also boost my energy levels a lot! I feel like a different person when I take these compared to when I don't! Cannot recommend more to anyone who is struggling with anxiety! During bad flare ups I have taken 4 a day and this works very effectively so just change the dose to what you feel you need. No negative side effects at all!

These are excellent, you can feel the difference when not taking them. Tried MindCareBALANCE but it just wasn't as good as taking Nutri Calm and Pharmepa RESTORE - 1000 mg pure EPA Omega-3 Oil together. The directions are 3 tablets daily, but 2 were effective. Be aware that if taken at night, B vitamins can be stimulating which may interfere with sleep. I've now ordered these several times and have also ordered a bottle for another family member to try. Those who don't find them effective may find the Pharmepa RESTORE helpful (2 per day). We also use Solgar 500 mg Taurine. The next step is to up our magnesium intake as stress burns through magnesium as well as B vitamins. :-)

A very good friend told me to get these for my Husband and myself we are both just getting over shingles which have very bad and it's bad when you are over sixty and later life and that is very true .As you get the shaky depressed your whole nervous system is out but I tell you what both of us are feeling better slow nut sure and it's thanks to these excellent ,you take 3 a day with food and they help calm you down your nerves calm help you sleep because you itch bad and it's like having pins picking you if you scracth Also helps your mind .it's all natural stuff what is in them worth every penny .I will reccomend them

Took this product as recommended by a friend to help a busy stressful and anxious time and felt a lot better within about 2 wks. So much so I managed to drag myself to an interview which I never would have gone for (because I was too stressed) I ended up getting the job and I’ve now changed a lot of my life. The missus got this to try as she like to go to bed early and tried all sorts. She used it and I don’t think it was enough. When it dies kick in she’s snoring like a pig and I have to go spare room.

This product works! I've been using it for 4+ years now! I take it at night sometimes if I feel anxious and it does calm and help me rest. I've taken it a few times as a sleep aid, which also works nicely (though i have a regular sleep aid supplement that i prefer).

I trust this product is the best of all!! Introduced to it by a close family Naturalpath/scientist many years ago...been taking these products and the Nutricalm for 30 years!!
