The Art of DreamWorks Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (The Art of DreamWorks Animation)

Loved this movie and its distinctive style from when i saw it in theaters so felt like a no brainer to get the book. The concept art is unsurprisingly gorgeous. I love the insights in the creative process and the iterations included as well. Genuinely a great read to understand how they fleshed out this side character into the lynch pin of whole new beautiful world beyond Shrek! Wish they included a bit more logic about why they went with certain final decisions but that is small complaint

She has wanted it for a long time. She had it in her wishlist. The art inside is incredible and she is so happy to have this book. It is beautiful.

This artbook of Puss in Boots: The Last Wish exceeded my expectations. The illustrations are very gorgeous and showcases every character, location, and story element that makes this animated film a timeless classic for the modern age. I wish there were more animation photos of The Wolf/Death making facial expressions like how they did it for Puss in Boots and Kitty Softpaws.

I absolutely love the art in the movie so it’s great to see the early concepts. I’m an artist and I always enjoy checking out concept art for different animated movies. It’s cool to see the process. If you enjoyed the movie and you’re curious, I’d absolutely recommend the purchase.

I love the puss in boots movie a lot so getting a book of the art and thought process for the movie was a great choice, came really early and in good condition.

It’s so beautiful and I just love everything about it, it really brings the making of the movie and characters to life, if you want an art book please get this one!!!
