Brustro 100% Cotton Artists Watercolour Paper 300 GSM A4 Assorted

Paper is good. It's exactly like Artistico by Fabriano from Italy. I am not sure if it's same rebranded or specifically made for this seller by the Italian company. But paper is very good for professional artists. Beginners may find it to absorbent and difficult to handle.As for packing, it is really below par. For such a good n bit vostly paper, no box . Even the seller company could have added a hard mount/ box board for added protection.Papers were totally crumbled. Attached a photo. You have to wet it in very hot water to reduce the crumbling but still it's sad to get the papers in this state :-(

It's really good! Don't know about the professional artists, but for beginners like me, it's perfect {yes, for good results, we should use good papers even if we are beginners}. The price is reasonable. Plus, it handles the masking fluid well.

The paper is quite good actually. It doesn’t absorb very quick, giving you time to work with layers.But there’s quite a lot of buckling taking place for a 300gsm paper

As first time trying hot press watercolor paper ,was amazing n weird at the same time to use ... like it feels like painting on cloth surface but is paper ... soaks soo much water n has sand paper like texture but very lilll like when u use pencils then only its visible, as its hot press . But really amazing n high quality paper !

I always thought watercolor paper are so expensive specially 100 percent cotton ones. But after trying paper from other mid range brands and brustro, I really liked the latter.With brustro, the paper has fine texture as compared to menorah paper. I can only use natural hair brushes with menorah as the synthetic ones damages the paper but with brustro that's not a problem. It is working great both for watercolors and gouache.
