This accessory works perfectly with my Google Nest Thermostat (1st/2nd Gen). Setup was simple and straightforward, and it synced immediately with my system. If this is about the wall plate - works fine, nice material, would be better if it was not so large - makes the whole thermostat look huge. This plate does the job, covering the ridiculously large hole left by the previous thermostat, but would be better if it were somewhat smaller...should be a range of sizes available.
