PillowSonic FM15 Under-Pillow Stereo Pillow Speakers with Volume Control

This is the best pillow speaker available on the market. It has stereo sound and it is loud enough to help you relax before you go to bed. I had also bought the previews model which still works perfectly. This one has a volume adjust dial button which makes it even better.

A very comfortable under-pillow speaker with a nice soft sound that is a great aid to sleep and does not cause a problem for my wife. My only reason for giving it 4 stars not 5 is the thin cables provided, one attached and the other an extension. I ditched the extension and bought a top-quality audio cable that made a remarkable difference to clarity and volume. I intent to have the attached cable replaced too. I would be more than happy to pay £20 extra if the Manufacturer also changed to good quality insulated audio cable.

I was looking to replace a lovely plush cushion I had with an inbuilt speaker where the cable has come apart after years of use... Couldn't find anything directly comparable so gave this a shot and it just isn't for me. The volume isn't loud enough to transmit audibook text through a whole pillow, but the foam fabric is super scratchy against skin, and still slightly uncomfortable through pillow cover too. I picked off the logo sticker which made it more bearable but not much. The dual speakers also mean that it only really works if you lie flat on your back - if you sleep on your side you need to pick a speaker to put your ear over and it's hard and lumpy. Better luck next time.

Purchased a while ago now and don't know how we lived without it! Husband lives listening to music at night... I hate it! I didn't expect it to work but I genuinely can't hear anything and he can listen to his music, says the volume control is good which is a problem we found with phones and other things.

Works fine.

I have a water pillow - if the speaker is under the pillow it is too dense to allow any audible sound through ,if the speaker is above the pillow it is very uncomfortable with the foam offering little protection from the speakers- struggling to find a good position for the speaker.

Hear very good through the pillow and does not keep partner awake when I want to listen to music to fall asleep to

Unfortunately the speakers are way too quiet to be heard through a pillow. I even tried it just putting it under the pillow protector which is just one layer of fabric and I could still not hear the spoken voice. Sadly I have returned as it is not really fit for the purpose intended.
