This help me a lot while recovering from surgery. I even use it in the sofa.

There are no pockets as on the picture and no foam memory as well, it is very rough and different from description

Tried very hard to get used to it, but its too rough for me to sleep on my back on sadly.

I ordered because of the previous one purchased and the one that arrived is dirty and terrible condition

Received and went to unzip to wash the cover. The zipper broke right off.

Just received this today. I'll be sleeping on it tonight. I got it due to truble breathing when I sleep and acid reflux. I had a different one for a long time but somewhere in my several moves it got lost. This wedge pillow opened up nicely after an hour of unpacking. The material and quality are good and I think the durability will also be good. The height is just right; not too high and not too low especially if you are using a regular pillow on top of it. It is soft and comfortable as I tested it out earlier today during a nap. I believe this wedge pillow is definitely worth the money!

Since I’ve been using this pillow my acid reflux has been less ( usually I wake every night from having acid reflux ) now I sleep thru the night & I sleep comfortably on it .

Edited: The wedge did expand to the full 7.5 inches on the 2nd day (today) so I am editing my review and adding a star. The size is good although it did take a full 24 hours to expand. Yes, I know, most say to give them 24 hours, but this is my 5th, along with 3 mattresses, full, queen and king, and this tiny pillow is the first that has taken more than 6 hours to fully expand. I am not saying that as a bad thing, but rather as an explanation as to why expected that this time. This wedge pillow is good for what it is, but is not as comfortable as another I bought a year ago. I don't remember that brand, but it was a different company. The other, I gave to my spouse due to a recent shoulder injury. For the price it is doing a good job. The cover is ok, a slight bit less soft than I prefer. The anti-slip bottom still slips and slides, and I will try to find a new over for it. It is extra firm, maybe a bit too firm to use without a pillow for some. I would probably buy again for cost if not for comfort.
