I hung these up in my closet and caught about eight moths. Good product it works very well.

Haven't seen any bugs - aside from dead ones on the sticky parts of this trap - anywhere in my closet, and no holes. I like!

19 November 2025 I have been using these products for over a year and AT LAST they seem to have eliminated the problem. While on the positive side they are safe to use around humans and pets, on the negative side they do not work quickly, so patience is a virtue. My only real complaint is that the tabs don't hold them closed in the triangular tent shape without being secured with your own piece of tape. They can spring open and glue themselves to clothes you're trying to protect. I tried both soap and water and then rubbing alcohol to remove the adhesive from the clothes they were stuck to--after I pried them off the clothes--and that seemed to do the trick, although it's annoying to have the bother.

I'm leaving this in the 1-star category, but turns out, the problem was with the user! YOU HAVE TO PEEL OFF THE WAX PAPER TO EXPOSE THE "Sticky Glue Pheromone-Based Repellent." We had noticed holes in some of our sweaters, so I bought these. Hung them around the areas where our wool clothes are, but it was never effective to catch a moth in any of the traps. As I wrote this review, I noticed the words ""Sticky Glue." I was puzzled, so looked in the closet. There is waxed paper over the "Sticky Glue!" So of course the moths weren't caught! I will see what happens now that the Sticky Glue Pheromone-Based Repellent is activated.

We recently discovered damage from clothes moths in several wool items at different locations around the house. We took numerous steps to clean up, including purchasing these BugMD moth traps. They work. All six of the strategically-placed traps have captured moths. I will probably buy another six-pack to put out at a future time when we think the moths are all gone, as a verification of that.
