Decided to go old school with some of the kids toys.
I decided to get this for my kids as a way to help their creativity. They LOVE IT! Sometimes the "old" toys are the way to go!

Amazing old school toy that is worth the money
This nostalgic toy is wonderful for keeping kids busy for a long time. It reminds me of the ones that I had when I was a kid. I would definitely recommend getting one of these for your kids or grandchildren.

Everything Old is New Again
This wonderful toy hardly needs a review, let alone a five-star review, but I have found, as my friends reach their dotage and have all the wine glasses they need, that this makes a surprising and evocative birthday gift. Forget giving it to kids, this has been joyously received by adults I know. (Those who don't have carpal tunnel in their hands, that is). Above all, this toy had not aged, it's still made well, it still works, and you still can't dot the "I"s.

Originally developed in France in 1959, this toy has remained largely unchanged from the original (save for the switch to plastic from glass in the 1970’s). This toy is in the national toy hall of fame. And it’s easy to understand why. It’s simple. It’s magical. It has a certain appeal that draws children back to a time before other “screens” driven by WiFi and endless mind numbing distractions across social media. This toy encourages creativity and is a challenge to master. The eraseability is simple, and the function obvious. With only 2 knobs as the controls, this original size Etch A Sketch is a must have. Whether you are re-introducing yourself to an old classic, or introducing a new generation to this amazing toy from another era, there’s nothing like the original. Etch a Sketch is a great value for the hours of entertainment it will provide. The packaging of the Etch A Sketch is my only criticism. It is not designed too well to protect the screen. The packaging clearly was designed for shelves and not for shipping.

Perfect
A kick right in the nostalgia, this takes me back. Great product, great purchase. Plan to gift to my daughter to show her the technology we used to have. Very portable as well.

A mí hijo le encanta, ya lo usa más que una tablet. Se a vuelto muy bueno al usarlo. Muy buena calidad, lo usa mucho y se empieza a notar en la pantalla las marcas de dibujos viejos, pero nada grave, y creo que es normal. Pero se ve que aguanta más... Le encanta llevarlo de viaje pues es ligero y fácil de transportar

Bought for my husband as he never owned one as a child! It’s just as I remember mine used to be, many many years ago! Price is a bit steep but guessing that’s because it’s classed as ‘retro’ toy these days.

Simple device and it works as expected

Ich liebe diese Tafel! Habe sie als Kind schon haben wollen! Mein kleines Kind hat sie bei jemanden gesehen und sie sich gewünscht! Durch die Drehbewegung, die man zum malen braucht, wird die Kreativität geweckt, da das eine Rad den strich nur nach oben fahren lässt und der andere nur nach links und rechts! Nur wenn man beide dreht könnte man einen Kreis zeichnen oder aber auch eine Querverbindung! Zu zweit macht es doppelt so viel Spaß, wenn man gemeinsam versucht ein Bild zu malen, wo jeder nur ein Rad drehen darf! Probiert es mal mit „dem Haus vom Nikolaus“! Viel Spaß
