LED Pico

I use this attached to a tripod for projecting small images down onto my desk to transfer onto cookies. I can scan or photograph my sketches, load them onto my laptop or ipad, adjust to the right size and then transfer as many times as needed. It has a very bright bulb which is fine to see on all but the sunniest days (I rarely have to close the curtains). The image is bright and sharp, and focusses well at (approx) 12 inches. The image adapts in real time as you manipulate it on the ipad, which is essential when trying to fit it onto the cookie. I wouldn't be without it - I used the ipad camera lucida app for ages, which has the advantage that it's cheap, but looking at both the work surface and the ipad raised above it wears out my eyes and my brain. The pico is much more comfortable to work with. Small and neat and easy to pack away. The battery time is good, I get a handful of hours to work with, and then I just use my phone charger to charge it up (or keep working). If you use it with an ipad you'll need an extra hdmi to ipad converter cable thingy that's appropriate to your ipad connection. (It comes with the cable you'll need to connect to a laptop or desktop). I bought the apple version of the connector rather than a knock off, which wasn't cheap. Sometimes the set up doesn't work - it just doesn't pick up the signal from the ipad. It's not the projector, as when this happens I just plug into the laptop and use that instead. It's either the connector cable I bought or the port on the ipad. But that's neither here nor there. One niggle is that because I'm pointing it downwards, in front of me on the desk, the image is upside down (you can see the set up in the attached photo). This can be adjusted but you have to go through several steps in the settings, all of which are awkward because all the writing is upside down until you get to the last step (of course!). This has to be done every time I set up, and it would be nice to be able to make it a permanent default setting if I wanted.

Its the most portable projector I've ever owned and while is a low light model with little picture when the curtains are open it lights on that's par for the course. Was shocked at the image quality and got it to project well beyond 60 inches. There is definitely a substantial leap in picture quality from the £30-£70 models. The tripod doesn't let you aim up and down but at least it's free. Charges from any mobile power bank and has a built in stereo speaker though I personally use a cheap Bluetooth transmitter and speaker to position the sound anywhere near the image is projected. Works with Chromecast (or any hdmi/rgb) device and usb/micro sd to play via it's on board media player. Please note however this uses micro/type C HDMI so you'll need an adapter for most inputs. Personally had no lag or frame rate issues on media or hdmi in. 80 minute battery means it's best to keep a charger handy when watching anything too long. Has no remote unlike other devices. All input via the buttons on top.

Good device but let down by the focus. as soon as you take your finger off the focus, it de-focusses meaning you can't easily get it to focus. Returning for refund.

Picture quality is much better than expected even at a large size. Connected up to project phone content which is great. Battery life is only draw back but to be expected given the reasonable price and small size

Bought th projector to show the CL final 2016 in the swedish wilderness. I was impressed by the battery. We had a powerbank as backup and that was very handy because of the overtime and penalty shoot out. The picture was as expected. In the start we had some trouble to carry out the problem with the picture was dim, but we quickly found out the problem was caused by the fan, bumping the projector lightly. You definatly need some extra pressure to make the picture clear. All in all the projector did the job perfectly. No one expected a perfect clear picture as home. Im sure everybody remembers exactly that evening we sat in the wilderness watching the CL final 2016 on a 60" screen :) The low lumens needs a dark room and a plain (white) background. In outdoors you need a white sheet and maybe some tarpaulins will come in handy to make a dark room.

I wanted a projector for enlarging art work and this does the trick. I put the jpegs onto a usb stick and put the stick into the projector, this works fine without needing additional cables or adaptors for my apple computer. It fits onto a standard tripod which is very convenient. The projected image is surprisingly clear and not too large (some more expensive projectors will only focus a large image. Check the specs.) I am not interested in projecting moving images or using sound so I have no idea how well it does that. There are obvious issues when enlarging art work: you will inevitably be casting a shadow on the bit of image you are working on. Delivery was fine.

Really liked this and the picture was great. But it wouldn't work with my PS4 or Chromecast. The picture would flicker.

Be aware that if you want to use on computer iPhone or iPad etc it will not work with normal cables or the cables supplied you will have to purchase a lightening AV adapter lead that are £50 and over therefore the price of the machine is not 99 - if i had known this i would have chosen another one

Pico-proiettorie basico, a un prezzo imbattibile. Risoluzione superiore alla concorrenza e qualità di immagine sorprendentemente buona Provato con lettore interno e collegamento HDMI con enorme soddisfazione. Riscala perfettamente il desktop di windows (10) dalla 1920x1200 Ha i settaggi per essere usato come retroproiettore o appeso capovolto In ambiente buio sono riuscito a proiettare con una buona immagine su una parete lunga circa 3 metri. Impressionante. Di giorno l'immagine è sempre ben visibile da vicino, diciamo che proietta un'immagine da 15-20" in interno con qualsiasi luce, volendo salire serve almeno penombra Non ha keystoning, nè regolazione manuale del trapezoide Nella confezione c'è il cavo micro USB (doppio attacco), ma non l'alimentatore, c'è anche un piccolo treppiede snodabile, non il massimo della praticità. Su batteria, direi che gli 80' di autonomia promessi ci sono Audio un po' debole (1W) e un po' gracchiante, ma accettabile. Facilissimo da mettere a fuoco Difficile chiedere di più a un prezzo simile.

This is the best projector. Picture quality is amazing, no need to make the room dark. If you go for it, you will not regret your money.
