well this is a review of an item i wasn't expecting to review but im going too Brilliant Bloody Brilliant , been on the spanners for a life time i always broke watches due to no movement in the wrist when i am pulling or pushing like on spanners this caused the strap tightness to increase and mostly over time would break watch pins. No more with this bad boy it has a Velcro infinitely adjustable strap and the part holding the bezel to the strap is elasticated that you can see expanding and contracting when you tighten loosen your wrist sorted. Another reason i didn't think id like this is i am not a big fan of the indiglo system. this does however have both luminous slightly and indiglo which both work great ,given im an old timer with failing close range vision. All in all im happy with this purchase it ticks all the boxes at a price that wont break the bank . Being 50 water resistant and stylish to boot are just a couple more reasons to try it out . Great value, Times quality & easy to see, especially at night.

Great watch for the price. Keeps good time, very clear, uncluttered face which makes it super easy to read at a glance. Tough enough and waterproof enough that you don't have to be precious taking care of it and cheap enough that if you do manage to damage or break it, its not the end of the world. The indiglo feature also makes it super easy to read in the dark. My only complaint is the tick is stupidly loud, as in "able to hear it from the other side of the room" loud. This is something Ive heard a bunch of other people complain about, but I know someone with the same watch and his is virtually silent, so it looks like its the luck of the draw. A minor flaw in an otherwise excellent little watch

Good watch, not my first so knew what to expect

Ordered this watch to replace another which had been damaged. Didn't pay a lot but this watch has exceeded my expectations. Visually, it is easy to read with a clear face and it keeps accurate time. The " backlight" is a useful feature. It is comfy to wear and being splashproof, it is great for outdoor activities. It is lightweight and seems well constructed. If you want an inexpensive and good value outdoor watch then look no further.

This was on offer so less than £30 for a good watch, keeps time, robust, comfortable, good for outdoors and general knocking about use. The ticking is loud, but I've grown to like it :) Not used it in water yet, probably won't but it's supposed to be good for it (not diving or snorkeling). Simple, useful, looks OK and works.

Disappointed, Ive only had this watch since December, the strap broke almost straight away so I replaced it, I began wearing the watch and after about 5/6 weeks I’ve noticed the glass (or plastic) screen has become so marked the details on the watch face appear blurred. I can only assume my sleeve has done this so I feel its not fit for purpose.

The watch seems ok, albeit a little plasticky. Can't comment on durability yet. Dial is very clear and the light is excellent. However, I am having to change the nylon strap as it is rough and has removed the skin from my wrist and left a rash.
