Will this work with the OnePlus 2?

The USB-C to USB-A mini adapter was developed with Macbooks in mind. But it also works with the Chromebook and other USB-C devices such as OnePlus 2. Generally, USB devices will work with each other so there shouldn't be any compatibility problems.

does it work with android phones

It should work with android phones as long as it has a USB-C port.

Will this work with my garmin 920xt charger which has a standard usb end but my mac book pro has small ports?

Yes it converts the USB-C/Thunderbolt3 port to be a standard USB A socket, as used by most legacy type devices and I used it with my iPhone USB to Lightning cable. I have a 13" Pro and both USB-C ports are on the left and close together. Using the Apple supplied USB-C cable they fit perfectly but I tend to use Anker braided cables when I travel and the USB-C plug on these are just a bit wider and so it is a tight fit getting them in next to the converter, but it works fine.

Does it work with MacBook 2013 late?

if i'm not mistaken, it should work as it is only converting the connection type. if your macbook has a c- connector than it should, as it's primary purpose is to allow you to connect USB.
