This arrived a lot quicker than I expected it to! I have a Mac and it was not the easiest thing to get set-up; it did eventually plug-and-play. Once my machine accepted the scanner I found it easy to use and it is making a long and tedious job a lot easier and, therefore, enjoyable. The book that comes with it wasn't as helpful as I had hoped; it is not aimed at total novices like myself, but as I get more adept with the scanner then the book will become more useful as it provides the barcodes for modifying the scanner.
