Microsoft has recently admitted there is a problem with windows 10 been incompatible with certain hardware, unfortunately this computer seems to be one such hardware case. Search DWM high GPU use and there are many people with this specific computer reporting the problem. Prior to the windows patch the laptop was a beast (and whatever patch caused the wireless card to BSOD) but i would currently avoid this laptop until the DWM windows 10 bug gets patched, if indeed it ever does. Currently this laptop causes me nothing but stress as it wont run the simplest software, multitasking anything bring performance down to almost a halt, the wireless card simply doesn't work. Its a £2k computer that runs slower than a £500 desktop.
