This may sound silly but how do you use this,is it an attachment to your outside wall tap or is it to be filled with water before using?

It's an additional attachment to the trigger handle on a nilfisk jet wash. The water is pushed through by the jet wash at high pressure to clean the patio surface

I have a mc 2c pressure washer, would this attachment work? it says it’s compatible with the c series so just wanted to make sure before ordering.

Yes, we have a nilfisk jetwash with this block paving cleaner head (head spins to reduce the jointing sand wash out ) and it removes moss, algae and weeds. Works well.
