طعمه لذيذ ويعتبر صحي الى حد ما مقارنة ببقية الانواع بالسوق وذلك لأنه يحتوي على 20٪ نخالة قمح و 80٪ حبوب قمح كاملة بمعنى لايُزال اي شي من حبة القمح بعكس القمح المكرر. نسبة السكر فيه خفيفة ومقبولة. ملاحظتي الوحيدة هي رائحة فيتامينات B المضافة للمنتج.
