Very suitable for overnight use. Have not leaked at all. They are a bit loud due to the plastic backing but feeling dry, secure and comfortable outweighs that issue. They withstand heavy wetting and the tapes are strong. They do become heavy when full and can sag so when I need them in the day time (e.g. for long distance travel) I wear with a pair of over pants. I would recommend to anyone that has struggled to stay dry at night. These are by far superior to any nappy or pullup available at the pharmacy or supermarket (I have tried many and have often been let down and woken in the morning to a wet bed). No more accidents for me and no more embarrassment when away from home!

Abena Abri-Form (Plastic-Backed) L4 Fitted Briefs are a superb all round product that are far superior to anything else on the market. I would rate them as ten stars out of ten rather than five out of five. They are an excellent fit, really comfortable to wear, highly absorbent and the tabs hold the brief in place extremely well. The only thing that I would say is that even though my hips are 90cm the large size L4 fits me and not the medium. Many thanks to Abena for a great product – I hope that they continue to manufacture the plastic backed briefs as I find that the cloth backed ones are a very poor quality product by comparison.

We need more adult nappies like these on the market plastic backed all the way for me.

this product is by far the best out there in the industry. it is PE backed meaning it has the plasticky texture, not the cloth-like backing common with almost every other brand. these are very very thick, durable, and hold plenty, enough for roughly 12 hours. they might be a bit bulky to hide especially when full & swollen.

i have recently started to need protectoins all day long , before was just to bed(radom accidents), all other product leaked on me in bed exept 2 brand this one is one of them but having to wear allday id otn wan them to lower in teh back like the other does , the only sad part is caus eof my belly to be fat, it tent to slip down when i walk ( stoped with the help of wearing plasitc undies, ), but the same issue happend when iwore undies the u top lowered , in resume this product is a great product lesser leak(only leaked a few tiem in bed),(wish is why i choose now to sleep in cloth protections, (wish htey never leaks at al lbut are even bulkier(to bulky for day ) this product i can use several time (wish make save money cause they cost more, but with multiple use like i do its less expencives ( most other brand 1 accident and i changed (proectoing being about 1$ each, this brand i can easily have 3 or 4 accident no leak ( and theprotections cost about abit more than 2$ each so less expencives that way

Muy excelente absorción, ideal para el adulto mayor con problemas de incontinencia, en especial para mujeres ya que absorbe hasta 4000ml de líquidos, ideal para mujer, cuesta más que otros, pero permite descansar toda la noche sin tener que estar al pendiente de derrames y cambios de ropa y sábanas a media noche o madrugada al cuidar un adulto. Muy recomendable para la noche.

I’ve been using these for years and they are the best everyday diaper out there. Good for about 3 maybe 4 heavy wettings. Comfortable and relatively easy to hide under pants. They are a bit noisy in quiet settings but any background noise will drown them out.
