These Tap Drills fit my needs perfectly They perform the task brilliantly, on the specified softer materials. I only wanted a Bit set to pilot/start Metric hand Tapping in soft metal, these perform that task extremely well, with a bonus of using them to cut a thread, in one hit. I think that I would only trust using their treading properties, on Wood. But I will practice on some scrap metal, to find out if they will cut a thread without stripping it, on withdrawing the drill bit, which is my concern. Minor Con - the Dill Bits are supplied in a cheap plastic case, shame. Overall highly recommended, great product, thank you.

I like this bits mostly because of the 3 functions you can do in one go, Drilling, tapping and countersink, and you get all this for a good price. Fast delivery considering i live in a diferent country.

At the price I'm happy. Using mainly to add threads to my 3d printed parts. It's doing very well.

if you're tapping anything thicker than 2mm they WILL break but for thin stuff they're not bad

For light plastic or wood it’s ok but don’t bother with anything tough like metal as it’s useless and not strong enough to bore. Broken

So far only used them on wood. Worked perfectly. You can'task for more than that.
