Can this work with silly string?

I just bought an extra can that was advertised with it but it is silly string not sure if any can of silly string will work.

Can this item be taken on aircraft as check-in luggage? Not sure if that web fluid container is allowed.

Yeh I think so as long as its sealed firmly I think it should be all right but I'm not 100% sure

No, unfortunately not.
