I’m always struggling to find a good and affordable probiotic. I really like how this one has added zinc. I found my first bottle at TJ Maxx and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find it again when I ran out but Amazon for the win because here it is and it is super affordable. So far I’m really happy with how it works and I do believe it supports a healthy gut for me. I have no issues while I’m taking it but if I lapse I definitely notice the same old problems coming back.

I’ve dealt with gut problems for decades (IBS-D, Lupus…), and this has been THE BEST probiotic I’ve ever used — it helps my gut be as normal as it can get.It is a shame that Habit has decided to stop making it. With all of the high ratings and positive reviews, it just doesn’t make sense. The demand for this product is very real.

So I have daily bloat and indigestion and gas and it frankly makes life miserable and makes me not wanna be around people and dread dinner time, also causes me to avoid a lot of healthy foods because I can’t digest most whole foods. And it kinda ruins my sex life with my spouse.Off and on for years I’ve tried to combat this with enzymes, just taking them whenever I have a meal. That never worked enough for me to feel a difference. I got sick of fearing meals and farting 24/7 so I looked into gut health supplements. Found this and chose it mostly because it’s one of the most affordable options out there.I’m halfway through my second bottle. I feel like a new person. Is this what normal people feel like?? Their stomach doesn’t feel like a hot air balloon after dinner every day? I feel like I am regaining my freedom, taking my life back. It’s nice to not have a routine of microwaving my heating pad every single evening and curling up on the couch as far away from my spouse as I can so they don’t have to deal with my, you knowIt didn’t fix my lactose intolerance but I have some lactase tablets that I take separately that prevents those reactions a bit. Also, I’m gluten intolerant too but gluten causes me so much pain I don’t think I’m willing to try it again even with these supplements in my system, so I’ll probably never know if it is capable of fixing my gluten intolerance. That’s okay, I bought these specifically to prevent after-meal bloat and gas and it does exactly that.The only thing about it is, I have to really STAY ON TOP of taking one every day. I miss a single day and I can feel it the next. I’ve never been that good at consistently taking vitamins so when I learned the consequences of missing a day, I was afraid I’d forget a lot as I do and still have to deal with a good amount of bloat. But it turns out I’m too scared of going back to that life so not only do I make it a priority to take my gut health supplement daily, while I’m at it it also helps me remember to take my other vitamins, so it’s a win-win.A truly miraculous transformation these little capsules have put me through. I know I probably sound silly glorifying some anti-bloat supplements but iykyk, I seriously feel like I can enjoy my evenings with my spouse again. Did Health by Habit save my marriage??

This is my favorite brand, I think they are a good value for what you get. They are good quality and performance. However I did have a side effect and ended up not being able to use the rest room so these aren't for me. I will be trying them again with a different diet.

Stomach problems ,it is everything it says and more

I started my Mounjaro journey about three weeks ago, and these have helped with my gassiness and my digestive problems

I'm not sure how they work because the seal on my bottle was halfway open and I was scared to take them so I threw them out.

Best thing I’ve bought health wise!! Definitely give it a try! It doesn’t taste bad, and no bad side effects!!
