great - until it's not..
Bought one of these chairs 3 years ago and it was a great chair for the first 2 years. After that the faux leather covering on the arm rests split open, then finally the tilt mechanism failed (something snapped inside now it just flops backward). A method to repair it is not obvious. The chair has had almost daily use over that time so I'm not sure whether that is a reasonable lifespan for what is essentially a relatively expensive chair to buy. For me - no, which explains the 3-star rating I gave. Very comfortable while it lasts but I expect something like this to last many more years. I cannot justify buying another at this price so went for an alternative (similar) type of chair at half the price.
