Home Assistant - Worked, Is Working
I'm new to HA and have added only 2 Zigbee previously. Had 4 Govee Temp/Humid sensors (H5074) running off my phone and got this BLE adapter for my HA-Green WiFi and they're all 4 running now! If I can do it So Can You !!!

Straight-up did not work (Win10 PC)
First plug-in got a "device not recognized" error from PC, but LED light came on.Switched to a different USB port, device installed but light did not come on.Scanning for BT devices came up with nothing: checking with phone there were at least two devices in range advertising (one data, one headphones).Checked drivers (tried to update), tried multiple ports, rebooted and re-installed.Still nothing.Even read the instructions :) Just said to contact customer support if there was an issue. And gives no info on how to contact customer support: no email, no phone, nada

better than single-antenna version
Got the previous version (single antenna) and, though it extended my bt range, that one didn't get as far as I needed. Upgraded to this one and it is so much better! My bt headset connects everywhere in the house, the garage, and my yard!Update: Died after 9 months and had to be replaced. Not an expensive device so it's not the end of the world, but this bumps it down a star.

Credit where credit is due.
God I love this thing. I live in an apartment in a tech heavy city so everyone has a gazillion bluetooth devices. More devices == more potential interference. I cannot stand the little USB receiver's that everyone peddles here on amazon. I can be sitting at my desk, with my computer in arms reach and just constant disconnecting. Not with this thing, no I can actually walk around and even (gasp!) walk into other rooms with this thing, no dropped audio yet. If you are looking for something that actually reaches the room you are in, then this works.

Works very well on a PC desktop running Windows 11
"Plug and Play" worked without a hitch. The ZEXMTE BT5.1 increased the range of my Arctic P311 headphones at least sixfold. I did not notice any latency or lag.

It works, but worse range than my Samsung S20 phone
And no bewtter range than a couple other models I have - the purpose of purchase was to get longer range from my PC, and it didn't make it any better. My old Samsung S20 still provides best range (plus, i can carry it in my pocket). Overclaiming is disappointing - but sure makes people buy the device and keep it - it is not bad enough to return, and not good enough to be satisfied.

Works well throughout the house and even just outside the front door. Plug and play!
Sometimes I am working around the house, and do not want to lug my phone around the house, so I can connect my bluetooth headset to my main PC, and it sends the signal to every part of the house, and even just outside the front door a little ways, even with the brick exterior of the house.No problems and this is a plug and play product. Very easy to install!
