I bought this when I was Poorly and felt like I had a high temperature. It is quick, accurate & it’s flexibility makes it more comfortable under your tongue than the rigid ones.

Good thermometer, accurate and easy to use. It gives readings quickly and seems accurate compared to other thermometers I’ve used. The display is clear and easy to read, even in low light. The only small downside is that it needs to be positioned correctly to get the most consistent result, but once you get used to it, it works well. Overall, it’s a reliable product from a trusted brand and good value for the money.

Very easy to use

Not as described. Battery not replaceable. I was looking for a digital thermometer with a replaceable battery. The description for PRT1000 says it uses a replaceable AA battery. That is not correct. The thermometer uses a non-replaceable button battery and the instructions explicitly say that the lifetime of the thermometer is to be considered the lifetime of the battery: i.e. once the battery is dead, you have to throw away the whole unit. This is a poor environmental design. UPDATE: Dropping to one star because the measurement is not accurate at all. It is reading about 2 C below the actual temperature: on a child with 38.5C fever it measured 36.3 C. Tested several times and compared with a traditional thermometer. Just avoid this and buy something better.

Amazon yet again have delivered, I received these on the same day as I ordered, delivery was by prime and as always very efficient. To the product:- Reason for purchase - Trying to get a child to sit still long enough to take their temperature is impossible. We needed something quicker. Previously we used a old oral thermometer, we needed one of the quick reading ones. Any parent will know that with a poorly child it is quite difficult to get the reading done properly so anything that offers a reading quicker than 1 minute reading had to be tried. The product comes retail box, and due to that I'd have no qualms giving this as a gift. It comes in a hassle free packaging so no need for scissors. The product feels and looks great. Once removed from the box you notice that it is contained in a storage box that will keep the device protected. The plastic finish makes it wipe clean. The design is sturdy and will take a little rough handling. One thing that the Amazon product description does not mention is that it comes with batteries supplied. The device has three buttons and a trigger. To Use:- Step 1 :- Hold down the power button to turn the device on (Screen will turn on) Step 2 :- Position the Sensor Tip and wait for the Beep Step 3 :- Read temperature Step 4 :- Press power button to turn off. I've compared this to an old oral thermometer and it was out by 0.1C. amazing for such a quick read time. It wasn't that great for axillary use and kinda too bulky. Nevertheless, the overall quality of thermometer was ok. I had to return it back.

Item is advertised as giving a reading in 10 secs, which it does. The problem is that 10 secs is not nearly enough time for your body temperature to transfer to the thermometer, so it will show an incorrectly low value. I've gotten all the way from 35.8 - 36.5 after 10 secs depending on how cold the thermometer is. When I pre-warm the thermometer under my tongue for 3 minutes though, it shows a more accurate 36.9. I checked this against an analogue thermometer which shows 37.0 so this reading is good. However this more or less defeats the purpose of a fast digital thermometer, you still need to keep it in the mouth for 3 minutes.

Mide la temperatura super rapido, fiable y económico

Ich finde es Super, nach 11 Sekunden hatte ich das Ergebnis habe nochmal nachgemessen mit dem Thermometer das wir bisher genutzt haben und es war kein Unterschied. Jetzt kann unsere Maus strampeln und muss beim Fieber messen nicht ewig still halten.

Thermomètre que j'utilise pour mon bébé de quelques jours afin de surveiller sa température. Je possède déjà un thermomètre thermoflash sans contact mais celui ci est plus précis et donne une température sûre car il est rectal. Il y a un bouton on/off sur le côté permettant d'allumer et d'éteindre le thermomètre. Je suis satisfaite de ce produit et le recommande.

Très bon produit, pas de notice en Français, mais une utilisation simple.
