So I just take these and my entire body will turn dark on its own without tanning beds or the sun?

You get 2 products one is pills for tanning without the sun, and then other is a booster for help with tanning with sun or tanning beds and also helps people that have trouble tanning that lack melatonin. Results vary. Read the reviews a lot of great results. 😊

Can i take them both together without going in the sun i am very fair skinned and burn easily?

If you are not going to be in the sun I would recommend that you just purchase MyTan Bronze. This is our sunless tanning product while you must have access to UV exposure in order to achieve results with Boost. I hope this helps!

Does this work for redheads ?

YES THEY DO WORK. I'm a fair skin Redhead and I can go out in the sun and not fry I I get red but, helps me get a tan. Durning the winter It does give you color not alot but, I don't look like a gost.
