Great Product
I take this every morning before my workout. It’s gives me a much needed boost in terms of every, drive, and focus. Fortunately it carries over to the workday and I can maintain focus most of the day. Excellent product and I highly recommend to anyone who wants an extra edge in their day.

Good for Fitness Goals
I had read that there may be some fitness performance enhancements with Alpha-GPC supplementation. I decided to give it a go and was not disappointed. I noticed that my workouts improved. I wouldn't say that it gave me more energy or strength per se, but provided me with a focus to push through workouts when I was feeling tired. I've actually purchased this product twice already before leaving this review. I would recommend it.

Growth and strength and focus
Since I started taking Alpha GPC, not only have I had improved focus throughout the day (sustained energy and no afternoon grogg) I have also seen improvements in muscle growth and strength while at the gym. I made this product part of my daily routine.

Helps with focus, engagement, awareness
Been taking with my regular supplement routine for about 3 weeks now, and am finding concentration and mental awareness to be improved. Take my dose in the a.m., and notice I'm more alert through the workday. Nothing too extreme, but have definitely felt a boost of awareness and clarity in the last couple of weeks. Will continue to include these in my supplement mix.
