I have used several bands of Shilajit, and this one is not as good as the others. It has very unusal acidify taste. I dont like it at all. Not recommended.

This is my first time trying Shilajit just wanted to see what all the hype is about. Package is smaller than anticipated but i think good things come in small package. Taste horrible if you try it straight but mixed with warm milk is good, as for the effect i noticed a boost in energy from day one. It was a noticeable jump in power and energy, but if you have a sensitive stomach you might want to think again. It caused me an upset stomach
