These really work well in distributing the heat evenly across the surface when you have cookware that do not have thick bases. Also helps in keeping the bottom of the cookware from deforming due to localised gas flame heating.Would highly recommend.

Everything it's advertised to be and light weight. Keeps foods from sticking or scorching (with reasonable care).

They are great for protecting the bottoms of your pots.

These Gas Stove Diffusers worked fine but I always worried I would try to pick one up while it was still hot.

This is a review for our second set, but covers the first set also. Both sets had a chip on the leading edge of all 4 diffusers.They work as they should, but as soon as something overflows while hot, they stain permanently.While both sets are chipped, and stain easily, we’re not going to return the second set. Our pots and pans are over $2000, and these do work as advertised except for arriving chipped on the edges and the food stains not being able to be removed.

When you want to simmer something on an extremely low flame, these heat diffusers work well. My friend has a cabin which depends on a propane fueled stove. It’s much hotter than a normal gas range. Again, this heat diffuser worked well. I’m happy that I bought them.

I bought these to use on my outdoor propane burning while pressure canning with my all American 920 cannner. They work as intended, diffuse the heat flame well. I have not had any issues.
