Logitech Circle 2 Window Mount, Works with Wired and Wire-Free Circle 2 Security Cameras - Black/White

Had this for a month, absolutely love it. I have the window one, it is so easy to set up.Only downside is you need a security light outside or the night time quality isn’t great. The app is fab too. I am ordering another for the back of the house.

Some people are giving the Mount poor reviews because they haven't read the instructions fully - you have to adjust the settings to stop glare. Mine works fine, and I'm just about to buy a second camera and mount for the back. The other negative theme seems to be the adhesive - mine lasted a long time, until we moved house and had to move the camera to another location; after that it wouldn't stick, but I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement window mount. It was wasteful, because they could have simply sent me the adhesive stickers, but at least it solved the problem.

Absolutely the worst camera I've ever had in my life?The image quality is terrible, it keeps logging out by itself and doesn't allow me to log in. If they gave it away for free, I wouldn't want it. Logitech customer service is some kind of SCAM, when I call each of their phone numbers I get information that such a number does not exist

Been running my cams almost 2 months now. Using both with window mounts with front looking on to my driveway and a fairly busy road. Rear facing a quieter road and back garden.Probably most importantly they are extremely reliable with only Boxing Day running a bit slow but probably just everyone on my exchange enabling internet devices and updating at the same time. Setup was incredibly easy and worked straight away which is very different from the ring system I ended up returning. App very intuitive and works great. Easily swap between cameras and cycle thru events and change settings. Picture quality is great as well as the 180 degree lens. Seems a really sturdy setup and windows mounts are holding steady.Now the downsides of which there are three that stand out. Firstly the cams are extremely reluctant to flip to night mode. You can trigger it but momentarily covering the cam and then it stays in night setting quite happily until dawn. Second the zone settings seemed to be a bit too keen and kept saying people are in my front garden when in actual fact they where on the pavement most of the time. Finally if you don’t pay the relatively expensive subscription you get very little. Due to issues with the zones I didn’t subscribe so I’ve had to turn off all notifications and only getting a rolling 24 hour data storage. I’m still happy however as if something happens at least I’m got recording which I can then download.I’m going to await the next firmware update a hope they solve the outstanding issues and this system is fantastic overall and only suffering with silly things really.Definitely recommend.

Had difficulty deciding what score to give these. I struggled with the instructions until I realised the camera has to come out of the plastic mount its supplied in, before then going into this mount. Then they are easy to get working and attach to the window. In daylight they provide excellent coverage with great picture quality. But at night they fall down and become pretty much useless, because you can't have the IR lighting on (you simply get reflection back from the glass of the window) and it's too dark outside to see anything without. The instructions do say you might need extra outside lighting at night which is true but it sort of defeats the point of the camera.

No chance I would give this mount anything other than 5 stars.I was in the market for so long for a camera which I can keep indoors to monitor outdoor.Since I have bay windows which looks over to my front door and the garden entrance this worked like a charm.Since it is mounted right on the glass the quality is really amazing.We do have to turn off the nigh mode as this is mounted on the glass (else the glare from the infra light would cause glares) it is not a deal breaker. If you have a little light outside it does work fine though not super clear.

Well packaged and came next day. I didn’t think this was going to stick to the window but it did and it’s not fell off, it was a bit fiddly getting the camera in this mount but once done it was easy to go to the app and set it as ‘window mount’ have a very clear picture of the outside of my home.

Excellent CCTV monitor, great picture day and night. Easy to install.

Il mondo delle video camere di sorveglianza domestica è molto variegato e il prodotto perfetto probabilmente non esiste: bisogna tenere conto della qualità dell'immagine, del costo dello storage nel Cloud e della semplicità del software.Dò le 5 stelle in modo un pò generoso perchè:- la qualità dell'immagine è decisamente buona (anche se un pò meno di altri come Netgear Arlo);- l'angolo di visione è eccezionale: 180° contro i 130° di molte altre camere. Chiaramente si ha un pò di effetto "sfera" ma lo scopo di questi prodotti non è quello di fare fotografie!- la camera con il cavo (che è comunque WiFi) è molto più reattiva di quella con la batteria. Solo il modello con il cavo è compatibile con Apple HomeKit;- il servizio online è perfezionabile ma, a patto di avere un buon upload, funziona bene.- il servizio è gratuito per un le ultime 24 ore (accettabile) mentre costa circa 4 euro per accedere alle registrazioni degli ultimi 14 giorni (per Nest è gratis per le ultime 3 ore e costa circa 10 euro al mese!)- Va tenuto in grande considerazione la semplicità della funzione che genera in un tempo non troppo lungo un filmato di 30/60 secondi che riassume tutto quello che è successo nelle ultime 24 ore. Con altre camere come le Arlo bisogna mettersi a guardare un filmato alla volta... non lo si fa mail.In sintesi sul mercato ci sono altri prodotti validi come Arlo e Nest ma come rapporto qualità/prezzo e costo del servizio il prodotto è ottimo.

J'ai acheté au total 10 caméras de ce type et je suis très heureux de la qualité de ce matériel. En effet, j'ai déjà jeté pas mal de cameras avant celles-ci et je dois avouer que la qualité est très bonne. Comme pour d'autres caméras, j'ai eu un souci avec 2 sur les 10 mais à la différence de devoir les jeter, j'ai pu joindre un service après vente avec un accueil rarement vu et qui après m'avoir donné tous les conseils ne pouvant pus les réparer, m'ont simplement renvoyé deux caméras dans les 3 jours. Donc qualité de service après vente exceptionnelle ce qui de nos jours n'est pas toujours ou souvent le cas! Donc à recommander!

Scrivo la recensione dopo un anno di utilizzo. Sto utilizzando una telecamera all'esterno e una all'interno. Entrambe si comportano molto bene, la connessione è stabile e la qualità video è ottima come anche l'angolo di visione.L'abbonamento cloud è un po' costoso ma si può benissimo evitare mantenendo 24h di registrazione video , la possibilità di creare un video riassunto che unisce tutti i movimenti rilevati e le notifiche ti attività rilevata.La telecamera funziona bene se impostata a 720p anche con una connessione adsl non velocissima.

Pubblico questa recensione dopo qualche mese. Devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. Vado per punti:- prodotto affidabile, mai una disconnessione- qualità di immagine molto buona- integrate al sistema Homekit di Apple- posizionate fuori e resistono bene alle intemperieL'unico contro riscontrato è che per cambiare la password wifi (purtroppo ho dovuto cambiare diverse volte il router causa guasti - quelli TIM in comodato fanno schifo) bisogna andare fisicamente sulla telecamera ed effettuare un hard reset! Una procedura a dir poco lunga e macchinosa (anche perché vanno smontate ed io non le ho messe accessibili). Se migliorassero questo punto sarebbero da 5 stelle.

Ottima qualità video, migliorabile l’app nativa. Perfettamente compatibili con homekit di Apple. Costoso l’abbonamento ma almeno personalmente non ne sento alcun bisogno.
