Jabra Speak 510 MS Wireless Bluetooth Speakerphone – Outstanding Sound Quality, Portable Conference Speaker for Holding Meetings Anywhere - Certified for Microsoft Teams

NO drivers needed. I use mine on a Windows 10 laptop for Team metings and Zoom. Wen plugged in via USB, Windows automatically makes it the default speaker and microphone. This is a great device for conference calls, Teams meetings and Zoom meetings. It provided much improved sound over the laptop built-in microphone and speakers. This can also connect to a mobile phone or PC via Bluetooth. I have not had the opportunity to use the Bluetooth function yet, but with the sound quality experienced so far, I'm sure it won't disappoint. If I have any issues with Bluetooth, I'll update this review.

I’ve been doing telehealth for 3 years, since the middle of Covid. I’d been using speakers that had been used for music, not knowing any different. I assumed the background noises, the echoing and other distortions were the fault of the atmosphere at the other site or poor internet connection. With some frustration I looked up “speaker for voice “. After reading the reviews this item seemed the best choice. (It didn’t hurt that the manufacturer also made my hearing aids). I couldn’t believe the difference! The sound is as clear as a voice on the phone. It has vastly improved the quality of the service I provide as well as my satisfaction with the process. (One slight annoyance is that when I came back to write the review, the price had gone down $10.)

Bought this for work and it works great. I really like that's its extremely portable and comes with a traveling case. Fits right in my laptop bag when I travel.

Had one for a year but gave it to my son to use when he was in the hospital, but like it so much I bought another. The new one has an odd problem though, if I leave it connected by USB for power to one system, it will occasionally spontaneously turn off bluetooth disconnecting it from an active call. I need to contact support on that issue still. I used the previously one when I had a MacBook Pro for about 5 months and never had a problem. I used the old one and this one both by USB and bluetooth to my Windows systems and android phone. I've used it with MS Teams, Zoom, Amazon Chime, and Cisco Webex. Works great with all of them. During the early pandemic days my team and I compared sound quality across each others devices and people were always impressed with how clear my voice sounded even when I had fans running in my background. I've owned 3 other devices before this, but this little guy is well worth the price. I only wish they had a slightly smarter way to store the cord. It wraps around the unit which is fine, but you have to wedge the actual USB connector to hold it and it stick out just a little.

Works perfectly and so easy to use. I was having major issues with my computer microphone and it was fixed immediately when I started using this. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I have been able to troubleshoot the problem I had with the product and it is now working fine.

Just received during my webinar now, and opened the package and connected to my Jabra link 370 (in 2 seconds) and continued the call on the device (be aware that Jabra link 370 is not coming with this product, you need to buy seperately if you'd like to link multiple softphones thru the same connection - mine was purchased with Evolve 65 in the past). - Clear voice and no-feedback at all (tested in a multi-person call, but i am alone in my homeoffice, so i cannot simply comment on multi-person single room case) - Easy to start-up (plug&play), easy to connect-disconnect - Tested with both Zoom and Teams - both works fine (a bit of issue with Zoom while muting/unmuting though) - Full-charge in 2 hrs - good enough - Good receival of my voice from 2 meter (hasn't tried further distance) Absolutely recommended...
