Q: Does anyone know what type of cobalamin is in this formula, ie, cyano-, methyl-, hydroxy-, please?

All that the label shows is "Vitamin B12 (as cobalamin)". I think you will need to e-mail Solar to get more detail. I did not know there were different sorts. I notice that the product is listed as being suitable for vegetarians but that it is not claimed to be suitable for vegans if that helps you in your quest for details. Good luck.
