Exactly what I'm looking for without breaking the bank. It fit the nest perfectly and installation took 2 minutes. I got a 2nd one for upstairs.

We replaced our old thermostat with a Nest. The Nest was smaller than the old thermostat so it didn't cover the old holes and non painted areas. You have to disconnect all the wires to your Nest and run them through this cover then reattach your Nest. Looks good and much cheaper then the Nest brand.

Well. Compared to the original one, this one is compatible and cheaper than it. easy to install and the color is true as described.

I did not order a used product, though this product was terribly used. Drywall was stuck to the back of the plate and there are several markings on the front of the plate that I will try and remove with cleaner since I don't want the hassle of returning this and getting it replaced.

The big number is what it's set at, not what the current temp is, which is not what you want to know at a glance.The means of adjusting the temp is to run your finger around the edge of the device. But it works so inconsistently that it is impossible to figure out the right way to do it.Is it Google or is it Nest? Do I use the Google Home or Nest app to run? I set the whole thing up on my phone with Home, but now the device and the Home app act like they need to be set up all over again.It's connected to electrical power but it still must have a battery. Why?It is impossible to sync with the phone. I gave up.This product is a major pain in the a__.

This cover plates makes converting from a standard thermostat to the Nest thermostat, super easy. The plate is large enough to cover the footprint of any previous thermostat so wall repairs, and trying to match paint are no longer an issue to consider. The plate can be mounted either vertically or horizontally and looks like it is meant to be there! Definitely a great solution when changing to the Nest thermostat!

Other than the actual cover itself, it comes with zero accessories. It works. Ive no complaint. Looks good. Leave and forget type of deal. Could have been cheaper to be honest.
