I’ve tried other magnet signs on my dishwasher and was convinced it wasn’t metal. I ordered this because it came with adhesive patches just in case and the magnet was so strong it stuck! and I’m soo happy with it.

Looks like it was built into the front. It works well and is nice looking to boot!

The first one came to me damaged. The company promptly replaced it and I got it a few days later. Very satisfied.

I love the idea and I love that it’s magnetic. The magnets are strong enough to keep it in place too. The slide is really “slippery” though. It easily goes back and forth; and my dog is constantly knocking it into the halfway position. Plus, it’s not the most eye pleasing piece. It does what it says it’s going to do, I just really wish the slide wasn’t so easy to move.

We have been using magnets with the "Clean" or Dirty" on them. They had to be swapped out when needed. For some reason we just tended to ignore these magnets and many a time I would rewash dishes that had already been washed. Not any longer now. This is as easy and quick as pushing the was button on the dish washer. You just put it on the face of the door, and it is held in place by a magnet. If you do not have a door that magnets will stick to, they also include two double sided stick tape to mount it, so you are covered no matter what your door is made of. Then, when loaded and ready to wash you push the button, close the door and slide this to clean. When unloading you just close the door and slide it back to dirty. It is that simple. Now if we ignore this there may be no help for us. It is so simple. The slide moves easily and smooth but has enough resistance to keep it in place. Comes in a box with two included double-sided pieces of tape. Best of all is it is priced very reasonably. And is a quality item, not flimsy in any way.

My wife and I are often on different schedules and there's sometimes confusion about the dishwasher's status. For some reason, my wife has difficulty seeing the "Finished" light on our dishwasher and also has a tendency to take a few things out and then close the door completely which turns said light off so I am unsure if stuff is clean or dirty. This thing solves that neatly. Magnet works just fine on the front of our machine and now there is no confusion as we both agree on how to use it. I do wish dishwasher makers would toss one in. Little sign is made quite well, I like the quality feel. Just a nice addition to life in general. Comes in a bunch of colors.
