The spray is super easy to use—just a couple spritzes and I’m done. It’s gentle, doesn’t sting, and keeps the area clean without drying it out. The bump solution oil is the real MVP though. I had a small raised bump forming, and after a few days of applying the oil, it started shrinking noticeably. Both products feel high quality, and I love that they’re vegan and come in decent sizes. I bought this set for my 7 year old daughter who has her ears pierced and she has ASD. She had some redness on one of her lobes, so I wanted to try the oil first before exploring any other options. Wow. Honestly. Wow. I only popped some on night and morning for two days and her ear was back to normal! The smell isn’t overpowering, the oil isn’t too oily if you get what I mean, you only need a drop. The most amazing thing from this is that my daughter now has the confidence to put in and remove her own earrings herself. We use the oil after a bath x3 a week, and her earrings just slide straight back in, she loves it. This is now an absolute staple in her routine as she loves having the little ear massage after a bath! Bonus, it is keeping her ears in tip top health. She has not had any soreness or redness since we began using this oil so we will continue to use it. Regarding the spray, I feel this is targeted more towards fresh piercings. I used this when I had my nose pierced and it healed it up within 3 weeks. Works an absolute charm. Amazing amazing products! Recommend them to all with piercings!

I had issues with my flat piercing for more than a year. It was always slightly sore and never quite healed and the surrounding cartilage became very thick -something I thought I was stuck with. Two weeks with this duo and it’s completely healed, the cartilage has returned to normal and it’s as comfy as the piercings I’ve had for 20 years. I CANNOT recommend these products enough and will never not have them in my cupboard. THANK YOU

I had my conch pierced 2 months ago and over the last few weeks it developed a hypertrophic bump. I'm pretty sure it's from an accidental knock while on a walk. It was bumped again a week later and started to bleed. Needless to say, it did not disappear with normal cleaning. I came across this aftercare spray and bump solution. Feared it may be a bit of a snake oil salesman kind of deal, but thought hey ho, let's give it a try as this thing isn't going away. It only went and worked! I've been using it as instructed (thought gh admittedly not using the solution 3 times a day, more like twice a day) and the bump has significantly reduced in size. It also isn't painful to clean anymore. Well worth it for the amount you get and the little that is used on the area. So happy I gave it a go. Will continue to use in the hopes it makes it completely disappear.

I’ve been using the oil but with a different antiseptic cleaner as the spray was too messy but the oil is lovely and I think has really helped shrink the awful nose bump I developed after I accidentally pulled my new stud piercing out. If you’re stuck with one dont hesitate to try this product it worked for me! Hoping it will eventually disappear but even if it doesn’t it’s a huge improvement

Well loved piercing aftercare, it really helped my bumps and the spray makes it less effort to clean piercings (super helpful if ur depressed like me)

I had my forward helix pierced in April this year and had no end of problems with it getting infected and being so uncomfortable and then having a horrible bump/ sore on it. I really thought nothing would help and the pharmacist said to go back to the piercer but I didn't want to ask I changed the bar to a hoop which probably didn't help (so my fault) however I was reluctant at buying this but this has worked and the bump oil is great. It really soothes it and the bump has gone down and my ear is back to normal. I however did take the piercing out and have let it heal but this was such a saviour when my ear was infected, hot, so uncomfortable no matter what I used just felt like it was never going to get better.
