Great expensive looking powder coat finish and rubber coated hooks. Perfect.

Item arrived as expected; fully assembled except for the hooks which were easy to put on. Was packaged well as the entire ladder was wrapped in a protective covering inside the box. We used the ladder to replace the ladder on a bunk bed and it was the perfect height and very sturdy.

I bought this to replace the wooden ladder that came with my son‘s bunkbed. That one was made of wood and quickly fell apart. The metal on this is very sturdy and holds him, he is 200 pounds.

This ladder is really a good product. It is very sturdy and offers several adjustments. I couldn't be happier with the ladder , the price, or the timely delivery.

This ladder is sturdy, but the rungs are slick so one would have to add something to them to make them safer. We had to return it.

As a shorter, older person, I couldn't access the bed without help. The ladder provide me with a safe means to access the overhead bed.

We bought a fifth wheel that was repossessed. The first owners took everything they possibly could before they surrendered it. That included the bunk ladders. I can’t imagine what they did with them, but whatever. People are wild. So, we were using a step ladder for our daughter to reach her top bunk. It was big and just inconvenient. I saw this ladder and ordered it right away. It’s awesome in theory. Fits perfectly. Very strong. I only needed the top hooks for our bunks. But it comes with a second hook set for the bottom of the ladder which would work quite well on a standard bunk bed set you use in your house. My only complaint is it’s extremely slick and slippery, and the rungs are rounded which exacerbates this. I ordered some stickers to put on the steps to provide grip because my kids have slipped multiple times just calmly climbing up or down. I also slipped twice and real smacked my shin because when I fell my leg went between the rungs. We all got lucky and didn’t end up really hurting ourselves since we managed to not get our legs tangled and we’re able to remain upright. I’d recommend no socks on the rungs at the very least, bare feet only. But I really recommend getting some little grippy stickers. If it was safer I’d go with 5 stars, because it’s really sturdy, and fits perfectly. But it’s kinda dangerous as is.
