Good product and fast delivery

Needed a replacement cord for my Escort radar detector as my new truck didn’t have a 12V plug. This cord worked perfectly! It was a great fit, the length and value for the money were good. The only thing missing is the button to make it stop beeping.

works great most cars now days only have usb ports not cig lighter plug that comes with the radar detectors and gps units these company's need to get onboard with the changes, so we don't have to buy extra stuff.

**UPDATE**Product was replaced and works well! Customer service contacted me and offered to make it right. I told them Amazon was replacing. Product arrived on time, HOWEVER it is defective. The USB plug in is not attached to the charging cable. Will be returning

This is compatible with the Uniden R8 detector and behaves exactly like the stock 12V cigarette port cable. No connection or power issues at all since I've been using it (for over 2 years at this point). The length is fine and can be cleanly routed under interior trim panels. Setup is straightforward (you just plug it in), and it’s well worth the cost to eliminate multiple adapters and cable clutter. A USB-C to RJ11 version would be nice, but this still does the job exactly as needed.
