Good quality
If you’re a vegan, you can make eggs out of this stuff! It’s much cheaper than shopbought egg substitutes. I like to have an experiment with things like this, and it worked very well for me. Would also be excellent in a soup or a curry.

A delicious and fast cooking ingredient for protein rich meals. TRS mung dal and China dal have become a staple food since my diet became plant based a few years ago.
