These pillows are great. They are so soft and comfortable and I am a pillow snob. I love that they are adjustable and it makes it so easy to find the perfect level of fluffiness. They are a bit expensive but if you consider that you are using them every single, it's totally worth it to have a great night sleep. Indefinitely recommend for anyone looking for the ultimate comfort.

This pillow is amazing if you like thin pillows. I finally had to say goodbye to my favorite thin pancake pillow that was very very old (embarrassingly old, I had it a very long time). I took that pillow with me when I traveled I loved it so much. I didn't think I'd ever find a replacement BUT I HAVE! I you like very thin - wafer thin pillows then you can use this one without any inserts. It comes with three inserts of varying thicknesses if pancake is too thin - you can add or subtract to make your ideal thickness. Not only is this pillow amazing for thin pillow lovers, it is also very soft down alternative and can be squished almost like a down pillow. It is high quality down alternative and not hard at all. I really love this pillow for the adjustability of it. Thought I'd freshen it up by washing in cold, delicate and dryer. All lumpy and had to throw away. No amount of fluffing worked. I'm going to buy another because it was the best pillow I've slept on because of my neck.

Finally found a pillow that hits all the marks. I had a pillow that I wouldn’t part with because of how much I loved it, and it was no longer made. I’ve bought and returned pillow after pillow.This one is a keeper. The filling is perfect, the touch, wonderful.

The best invention ever - having it customizable is so innovative. And since the pillow has multiple inserts, it’s great for anyone with allergies who needs to wash frequently- the cover unzips completely, so washing is a breeze and you know it’s getting fully clean and completely dry throughout. No bulky pieces. The way it was packaged was also great for allergies- fully sealed and extremely fresh feeling- no weird smells from warehouses or transit or anything. Other basic pillows usually pick up bad smells and allergens during shipping. Never going back to those old basic pillows again- I love these so much!

My wife is a stomach sleeper with a full-face C-Pap mask. Prior to this pillows, her mask would slip, causing noises and/or massive leaks (which would wake me up). Now, the soft material gives way before the mask does. She is still getting used to the new pillow, but her AHI index is finally in the range it is supposed to be.I took the second pillow, thinking that it would never replace my thicker memory foam pillow. Interestingly, even though my big head sinks lower into the new pillow, I sleep just as good. It's nice to be able to bunch it up in spots to get exactly what I want, where I need it. I am a side sleeper with broad shoulders, so I just might cut my memory foam lengthwise to stuff between the layers for a bit of added height.
