Misleading advertisement - item not as described.
This is a great product which my wife has been using for many years. Sadly, Loreal has discontinued it so we have had to resort to scouring the Web to try and find it. Having seen this advert for 4pcs we ordered expecting to receive 4 boxes as per the description and the photograph accompanying the advertisement. Instead we received only one box. On contacting the seller they informed me that the 4pcs refers to the contents of the box, which is an absolute nonsense as the 4pcs are an integral part of the hair colour and are not sold separately by Loreal. Despite several attempts to resolve this with the seller they refused to accept our argument. In the end I contacted Amazon who intervened on our behalf and re-Imbursed us.

Not happy
We did this colour on the tips on my daughter hair. She has a naturally blonde base. The colour came out not consistent and most hair didn’t take it. We left it for 30 min and it was not that bright. She wash the hair after 2 days and is already all gone and some greyish colour took place. Won’t buy this again.

Used to be fantastic but somethings changed...
This product used to be completely fantastic, I've used it religiously for 2 years, now something has definitely changed with it, my hair no longer comes out vibrant blue/purple. It comes out royal blue with no signs of purple and no shine. Fades much quicker too.

Waste of money
Really disappointed with this product. My daughter was excited when it states the colour will show on light brown hair. After leaving on the recommended time there is absolutely no difference. Avoid buying, waste of money.

This is not a 250ml bottle as stated on the description, it's actually only 80ml..The instructions are NOT in English..
