I love this which can only mean Gain will discontinue it like they did the apple scent. It's not too heavily perfumed, it cleans great even in cold water, it's as affordable as our "discount" store brand.

Arrived on time, good quality and price for what you get, lasts for a while and doesn't leak. Leaves the clothes with a lovely smell and is a good size to put on top of a washer or a dryer. I always feel clean afterwards and gives clothing a nice soft feel and freshness.

Good detergent. You don't have to use much. Which balances out the cost. The smell I have a problem with. Not because it smells bad but it smells nothing like...well actually the title on the bottle is vague. I think they themselves were confused. Island...island what? Fresh? So not Island stale? Usually you'd think, pineapple or coconut etc. It doesn't smell like any of that. So, Island. Ok. And the smell doesn't last. That's a preference though. Some people like it to last some people don't. It cleans well, gets stains out, leaves towels soft etc, but I have no clue what the smell is. And clearly they didn't either.
