Excellent no-frills coffee maker. Coffee tastes good, simple to use. Great price!
My trusty Ninja coffee maker died suddenly, and I needed a replacement coffee maker with same day delivery. This coffee maker is simple, inexpensive, and had decent reviews, so I ordered it. Aside from being a little fussy to set up, due to the unclear instructions about the brew basket needing to be “snapped in”, it does a good job. It quiet, brews a full pot quickly, the coffee tastes good, and it keeps the coffee hot. I grind my own coffee, and I know that too fine a grind can cause a clog, so I used a medium grind just to be safe. The heating element stays on until you manually turn it off, and instructions say to unplug the unit when not in use. It doesn’t have a clock or timer to set up coffee brew in advance, and doesn’t alert you when it’s finished, it just makes coffee. We watch it to make sure it’s done, so it doesn’t drip on the heating element. If there is a drop or two that falls on the heating element, we immediately wipe it dry, and we make sure the coffee pot is dry on the bottom before placing it back on the heating element to prevent rust. I see so many coffee maker reviews that say heating elements rusted out, and my personal opinion is that people don’t take these simple precautions, as I’ve never had that happen on any coffee maker I’ve owned. I know there are exceptions of some brands that actually have a water carrying element break or leak, but I think otherwise rust is totally preventable. Just my opinion and experience. There’s a sweet note from the company owner that thanks you for buying it, which is a nice touch. Now to the filter basket instructions. The black basket has an arrow on the front that must be lined up with a notch in the front of the coffee maker, so it will seat properly and not leak when brewing coffee. Both are obvious, so it’s not difficult to identify what to do here. The confusing part is the instructions insist it must “snap” in place, or there’s a risk of leaking. There’s a spring on the bottom of the basket, and when I initially set it up, it wouldn’t snap in place. I questioned if when the lid snaps into place if that would properly seat and secure the basket, and the AI help feature said no. After asking the same question several different ways, the AI assistant said yes, if the basket arrow is lined up with the notch, once the lid is snapped securely in place, the basket will be properly seated so it won’t leak. I ran a full reservoir of water through it (without coffee), and it worked and did not leak. The instructions also said not to overfill the basket with coffee, so I used the included measuring scoop and used their instructions for the number of scoops of coffee to use. We’ve made a full pot two days in a row, and it’s worked flawlessly. The coffee brews quickly, tastes good, and stays hot until we turn the coffee off. If you need a good basic coffee maker, I think this one is a great choice and I highly recommend it.

My 1st pot
I ordered the Mueller 12 Cup Coffee Maker to replace my Mr Coffee Maker. It broke and I needed a simple similar new coffee maker I am so glad I came across the Muller. I don’t require a fancy gadget with bells and whistles. Just a simple easy 1 button maker. And the Muller did not disappoint. It’s actually an upgrade. The built in filter makes it so much more easier to just scoop, load the grounds, fill with water and enjoy drinking. Saves money on filter purchases, and one less hassle. As at times my Mr Coffee machine would at times get clogged and water would pour over the filters and miss. Creating cups of coffee with grounds mixed in. Also the new muller has a no drip glass pitcher. Doesn’t leak when pouring into my coffee mug, or when filling the maker itself for brewing! The automatic shut off button is an added safety measure that I love as well. The new light weight sleek design and easy to manage, the scooper that it comes with makes the muller everything required for simple hot cup of coffee, and I recommend this to anyone wanting a simple coffee maker with a 1 button, 1 direct fill, and a quick rinse of the filter after use! This is simply affordable and easy to use. I love this and recommend it.

Exactly the coffee maker that I was looking for!
I bought this coffee maker after my previous one finally broke. I was specifically looking for a few key features which this coffee maker had. I wanted a coffee maker that had a mechanical On/Off switch, and I wanted a coffee maker that did NOT automatically shut off after a period of time. The reason I wanted these features is because I am slowly but surely turning my home into a “smart home” and I have been wanting to automate as many things as I can. Surprisingly at the time I was looking at this coffee maker I don’t believe there was a coffee maker with native Apple HomeKit compatibility. To my knowledge as of October, 2023 there still isn’t. That wasn’t a big deal, because I have a smart outlet that I plugged the coffee maker into. Now I can have the coffee maker turn on and start brewing coffee at whatever time I set up the automation for, so that when I finally get out of bed the coffee is already brewing. Yes, I could have done that with an automatic coffee maker that has a built-in timer, but this is great because I can program the outlet to turn on/off at various times or set up stipulations that someone has to be home in order for it work (preventing the coffee maker from doing its thing when we are away from home and forgot to turn off the auto feature on other coffee pots that we have had.) I also really appreciate the fact that it doesn’t auto shutoff after 2 or 4 hours. I know that is meant to be a safety feature, but with my smart home it is an unnecessary feature. I have an automation set up that when the last person leaves home it shuts the outlet off. Normally I don’t assume that the automation will work, but in case I forget it will take care of it for me. Another feature, and I am not sure if this was a deliberate feature or not, but I have noticed that when it is brewing, occasionally it will pause brewing for a short time (maybe 30-45 seconds??) and that is good, because it allows me to pick up the coffee pot when it is still brewing and pour myself a cup if I am too impatient to wait for it to finish. It DOES have “pause and pour” meaning that there is a check valve that shuts off the flow to the carafe so that the coffee doesn’t just continue to keep pouring out on to the burner, but with this pause there is typically ZERO drips. May sound like a little thing (and truthfully it is), but that little drip gets on to the burner and the water quickly evaporates leaving coffee residue which I would have to clean up later. If I wait until the brewing temporarily pauses on its own then I prevent even a single drip. Like I said it is a small thing, but it is just one more small little thing that makes me really like this coffee pot even more. It is so ironic in a day and age when things are getting more technical and more sophisticated that I would willingly choose a coffee pot that is as simple as it can possibly get. I have had coffee makers that were far more sophisticated, but in the end I want to be able to control the coffee maker via my smart home and not have the coffee maker control itself. Lastly, I wanted to mention that the coffee pot is very reasonably priced at just under $30. The fact that I got a good quality coffee maker that is exactly what I was looking for and it also was among the lowest price that Amazon had to offer is a win-win for me! I have zero regrets buying this coffee maker. Actually, that’s not true — I wish I would have bought it sooner! If you’re on the fence, go ahead and get it — it’s a beautifully simple coffee pot which is exactly what I was looking for!

As simple as a hotel coffee maker but much better - and it keeps the coffee hot.
I was looking for a SIMPLE, multi-cup drip coffee maker that keeps the coffee hot after it's brewed. This machine is perfect: It has one control: an on-off switch, nothing else. It can use paper filters (I don't like cleaning the mess from re-usable filter baskets). You add water, switch it on, and you're done. It brews the coffee, keeps it hot for two hours, and then switches itself off. I DIDN'T want a bunch of gadgets: digital timers, clock, brew strength adjustment, Keurig compatibility (I already have several single-cup machines for coffee, espresso, and cappuccino), thermal carafe (I want HOT coffee, not lukewarm). The only cautionary note: The plastic cup containing the filter paper (or basket) has to be clicked into position. If you just sit it there off-center, the top will still close but it will make a big mess instead of brewing. Don't ask me how I know.

Excellent coffee maker
I’m very happy with my Mueller coffee maker. It’s easy to use, brews coffee quickly, and the coffee comes out hot and flavorful. I also like that it’s simple to clean and doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. For the price, I think it’s a great value and a good choice for everyday coffee. I would definitely recommend it!

Great Coffeemaker & Great Price
I give it four out of five stars because the plastic it’s made out of is a little flimsy. I got the red one and it does look really nice in my kitchen. The glass carafe itself is sturdy, and unlike some of the reviews, mine DOES shut off by itself. I guess I got lucky. It doesn’t disappear some of the water you add (like other coffeemakers do) - if you add 5 cups of water, you’re going to get exactly 5 cups of coffee. I do recommend purchasing this pot.

Shorty life span
I purchased this products in 2025 and in 2026. It's a great coffee pot for my senior parents. It has auto shot off and just one button. But it has a short life span. I'm debating if I should purchase again or not. I like that it has just one button and simple to use. You can see in nun photo that I have purchased twice.

Main reason I bought this unit was the carafe ( Thick borosilicate glass) . Suppose to be hardier that reg glass Permanent filter works great .My 1st rinse was a mixture of vinegar/water , Rinsed 2 more times . *** 4 month review ... to put it plainly, it's just too slow ,reusable filter took 45 minutes , switched to the basket with paper filter, same , Disappointed .I'll find a replacement.
