Great phone works excellent my daughter loves it

It was easy to set up, the screen and the backside of the phone were flawless!! The only reason it has 4 stars instead of 5, is because the battery health is 86% when it said that the phones had 90% battery health or above. Other than that, it’s good!!

No no no! DO NOT TRUST AND BUY! Not even 24 hours and this phone is about to crash out. I ordered EXCELLENT CONDITION and got BELOW FAIR. Not only is there cosmetic damage (which I could see past), but there is visible damage underneath the screen (a ring) and the phone is consistently pausing. Sometimes it takes almost a full minute just to unlock the phone. Additionally, the battery health is BELOW the guaranteed 80% and the phone says that “the battery’s health is significantly degraded” and should be replaced. I am scared this phone is about to go black. I paid to transfer my phone number already. I contacted Amazon who told me I’d have to send the product back, wait for a refund, then reorder. I don’t even have the funds to transfer my number back to my old phone at this moment. It took me a while just to save to get myself a new phone. I messaged the seller and tried to call. They say I have to wait 48 (business) hours for a response. I don’t even think this phone has that. So basically, even though I bought this phone from AMAZON and I’m a loyal prime member, there isn’t anything they can do because it’s from a third party seller. I have small children and I am so worried that I’m going to be without a phone and unreachable. This is AWFUL! I paid $300 plus tax to go from an iPhone 13 to a 14 just to have a worse phone. I will be canceling my prime membership and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller at all! This wasn’t a mistake. The phone isn’t even close to the guaranteed excellent condition and they can not be trusted.

I received a black phone (the Midnight color), not blue. The phone will also only charge with the cord that was provided in the package, and doesn't work with the charging cords I already had (I tried my two others). But since they provided the charger it's fine. Note that this phone has an eSIM and not a physical SIM, so when I was switching from an iPhone 12 to this one, I had to transfer my physical SIM to eSIM. You can google that part so it's not bad. Otherwise, the phone is physically in great condition. I have 100% battery health, no cosmetic damage.

Everything was perfect! The color, the set up. There were no problems and setting up the phone with service was very easy! No scratches or problems!

Renewed iPhone 14 listed as “excellent condition” and arrived damaged on top right corner, which honestly I wouldn’t have complained about as it can’t be seen in a case. When powering up the phone to connect to cellular network the eSIM QR code couldn’t be scanned because the back camera does not work at all. The front facing selfie camera does but not the rear camera. It also does not work in apps like messenger or Snapchat meaning it’s a hardware issue. The company did allow me to return the phone and issued a full refund.

If you’re on the fence about getting an iPhone from Amazon don’t be. I got mine used in “ good” condition and it honestly looked pretty much brand new, there was one small scuff on the bezel and the battery still has 86% battery health. I’m very happy with my purchase and will probably buy another one in a few years that’s one of two models old and save a ton of money

Works great!! But it wasn’t charged at all when I got it. But I charged it up and it hasn’t had a problem so far

This is the second iphone that we have bought via Amazon. The battery was at 94%. It comes in a box with a charger and appears basically new. They do have a warranty period on these phones so you do get them in hand and have a chance to look them over first which gave me confidence in this purchase, overall very good experience,

Phone came with 95% battery. Well packaged with no scuffs or marks. Have been using it now for a couple weeks with no issues.
