Good image quality at a great value
It's hard to complain about a lens that only costs $80, especially if you got a $25 Amazon gift card for Xmas, bringing the price down to just $55! So. . . I'm in no position to complain. It's pretty sharp in the middle (the only place that really matters) and, surprisingly, the minimum focal distance it pretty amazing. 25mm (full frame) is equivalent to a 38mm on my Fuji X-T2, so it makes it a pretty good all around lens. It's a fun little manual lens that's super inexpensive and has a very good build quality. If I had to gripe about something, it would probably be the fact that the aperture ring is de-clicked. I would preferred a clicked aperture ring, but that would be nitpicking. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. Recommended.

Nice Lens
Nice for the price. It is used mainly for product video on a Lumix G95. Try to get one with the optional focus ring attachment. It's a bonus that actually is handy to use.

A very fun & “vintage-looking, affordable lens
I was looking for a cheap and compact lens to have for street photography and traveling. Combined with my XT-2 and some Lightroom, I’m really enjoying this lens so far. You can’t beat it for the price. It has really nice bokeh, and obviously distinct bokeh. I will say that it it performs best around 2.8-5.6, anything else wide open is sometimes soft or has some vignettes, depending on the lighting. This lens also flares like crazy which can be great and annoying depending on your taste, but you can fix that with a lens hood. The body feels nice for an affordable lens.

Great for the price. Knock around lens with sweet budget bokeh.
Solid build. Creamy bokeh opened up. Very sharp at f. 8. Bought and return the NEEWER 25mm because it felt like it was made cheap. Not this one. It comes with a nice focusing tab and cloth. Though I do wish the focusing ring was revered and infinity was on the right instead of all the way on the left. That's minimal though. My only real gripe with this lens is how easy that focus rings moves around. If I set my distance focus at 9 feet it will not stay put and slide one way or another as I walk around. It is a case of you get what you paid for so it's no big deal. Just a minor annoyance. Would still recommend this over the Neewer 25mm. Also I'm not a fan of the silver highlights so I took a red sharpie to it and I think it looks awesome. Try it if you want your budget lens to stand out a bit.

Best bang for the buck you'll find.
It's cheap, it's small and it's sharp, surprisingly so. Yes the corners get a bit soft, but so do most lenses ever made. Great for throwing on a mirrorless. Ignore the distance scale, it's just there for looks. Seriously It’s so off, I think it’s actually measuring optimism, not distance. Other than that, grab it and go like a Mark and Sparks sandwich.

Strong in contrast, but a bit soft
I tested this lens for a video review, feel free to check it out on my Channel ParadiseBizz. It is strong in contrast, but a bit softer than the Pergear 25mm f1.8. The focus ring goes very smooth, it is well built. For this price you can't expect much more.

Great manual lens for the price
No complaints...for this money, it was a "wow" moment. If you like to shoot manual and in low lights - this is a fun lens that you should try. Perfect for capturing water condensation on close up and other effects. Lots of fun with this lens, it kinda reminded me starting up in the early days shooting in manual. For the money, the quality is great. Can't believe that nowadays you can get decent quality lenses for so little $.

For the price point, a killer of a lens. The f1.8 gives a brilliant depth of field effect, and it is a brilliant lens for macro and portrait photos. Pros: 1. Has f-stops from 1.8 to 16, resulting in great portrait and macro, even in low light 2. Small and light, very easy to carry 3. Material seems to be sturdy, and can withstand a bit of rough handling. Cons: 1. Since this isnt a supported lens on sony certain features do not work 2. Does not have auto-focus.
